The Sleeping Beauty (2011) is an Australian film with a twisted yet interesting concept story from the Imaginative mind of writer & director Julia Leigh.

The main character, Lucy, played by the beautiful petite Emily Browning, is a university student doing multiple jobs but still struggling to pay her rent (bet you already know where this is going but wait… 😜)

She responds to an ad from a High-end ‘Gentlemen’s Club’ for a well paying freelance job as, what they call, a ‘Silver Service Waitress‘, which entails women serving dinner to rich old men wearing Lingerie (and lipstick which is an exact shade match with their pussy lips).

All goes well that evening…!!

The very next day, Lucy gets a call from the club’s hostess offering her a ‘promotion’, an even higher paying job, where they would offer her as a Sleeping Beauty to their rich old men members.

She would be given a harmless sedative which will knock her out & make her sleep deeply for a few hours and while she is asleep & naked, the old men will pay to lay down with her, fondle & play with her naked body, but with the club rule that ‘there will be no penetration’.

She wouldn’t know what’s happening & wouldn’t remember a thing when she wakes up, “as if those hours did not happen”, and she would get paid for it.

Money’s good, Emily agrees.

There are sleeping scenes of her with 3 different old men, and it’s a very intriguing peek into the men’s psyche to see how they treat her and things they do with the unconscious girl, showing the kind of fantasies these men harbour within them as they grow old.

Which is a very telling insight into their latent desires & their craving, for tenderness, for beauty, for aggression, or even for the feeling of conquest, as you will see.

The 1st scene is with a man who just wants to caress her body tenderly, kissing & licking her young skin, and sleeping close to her while touching her naked skin. It’s quite Endearing actually and many men will relate to this.

The 2nd scene is with another mature man, who chooses to release his suppressed aggression towards women on her, while she sleeps totally oblivious to his roughing her up & even verbally abusing her, a classic case of repressed aggression in modern civilized men and the release “Talking Dirty” brings to them.

The 3rd scene is with a man who imagines himself as some kind of a warrior perhaps & wants to feel the masculine rush of carrying her naked body in his arms as if he has rescued a damsel in distress or as if she was his conquest… (all men love that feeling).

Poor guy fails miserably as he drops her, realizing he is getting old now… but the way it is captured by the director Juila Leigh with such Creative Finesse makes it an amusing watch.

These JUICED highlights of the Sleeping Beauty are about 54 minutes of all the juice of the movie 🔥🔥
